You're welcome to pick up your prize at the station between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m any weekday.
Remember to bring a valid ID with your picture.
To be fair to all our listeners, we have a list of policies for prize winners. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- One winner per household every 30 days. Household restriction includes anyone living with you (spouse, children, parents, significant other and/or roommate) who has won a contest and/or prize from any Clear Channel station in the past 30 days.
- You are responsible for any taxes, and release Clear Channel from all liability arising from prize dysfunction or expiration. All winners are required to complete a W-9 tax form.
- Prizes not claimed within ten (10) business days of winning date will not be awarded. No exceptions.
- Winners must be at least 18 years of age with a valid picture ID.If a winner is a minor, winner must bring his or her parent or guardian.
- To ensure proper delivery, we will not mail prizes to winners — all prizes must be picked up by the winner. We realize, however, that under certain circumstances it may be necessary that a representative claim your prize. You must call us first at (843) 884-2534 to arrange such a pick-up. In addition, the representative must present a photocopy of your ID and you must sign the photocopy and include your Social Security number - No exceptions!
